Party Time

Our schedule this week and weekend is full of
PARTIES!

Our precious niece is turning 3
We are attending her "kitty cat" themed party for her on Saturday!
I hear there is even a kitty cat cake!

Last year, was a monkey theme
How awesome is that cake?

Isn't she adorable?!?

I have it on good authority that RM wants a Little People School Bus,
soooo
I ventured to Toys R Us to pick one up.
Have any of you been to Toys R Us lately?
It is awesome!
I spent like an hour just wandering around...
I'm sort of excited about having kids just because it will mean more trips to that place!

So last night I wrapped up her school bus
The bus was packaged really weird, so this is my catawampus wrap job
I stuggle

I also picked up a few more birthday items for RM
like this
from Homegoods

and since its kitty cat themed, I had to get this...
How cute is this jumper!

and
its REVERSIBLE!
I actually like the horse side better...

The only problem is...
I must think my 3 year old niece is a giant
because I bought a size 5!
I told you I struggle...

And, this is exactly why I don't have children.
Last year, I bought her a jumper that was size 4...
Why don't I think to look at the size when I buy for children?

We also have another birthday person this weekend!
MY DAD!
Doesn't look a day over 35...
seriously...

He is an awesome Dad,
the best,
in my humble opinion...
I love him sooo much

I hope he is reading this
LOVE YOU TOO MOM!
Hope youre reading this too :)

We are having a low country boil Friday night!
T and I can't wait!

And last, but not least, tomorrow is
ST. PATTYS!
Which is a big deal in Savannah!
Such a big deal that its a city holiday!
I'm headed to the parade tomorrow morning.

I bought supplies for my world famous bloody mary's tonight...

Just a few of my ingredients!
Love a good bloody mary!

This is T and I with our friends two years ago.
Such a fun day!

Hope everyone has a GREAT St. Patty's and weekend!
Much love to all of you!
xx.

PS.  You know its almost summertime...
Because...
WE HAVE FERNS!

I agree. He doesn't look a day over 35. How do men do that?!? I think we've had a change of plans. He wants to have dinner at the Blue Willow. LOVE that little jumper. It is precious!

Have fun at all your family parties...they are the best, arent' they? Your ferns and front porch are beautiful......so true about men, NOT FAIR! Why on them does gray hair look distinguished and if they gain a few pounds it means they have a wonderful wife cooking for them who cares!! LOL.....all that said, I STILL wouldnt' trade being a woman for anything!! Enjoy your festitivies!

You gotta love a week full of celebrations! Your niece is too adorable. I love her little pear dress!

I love the ferns you have outside....but I can't say the word "fern" without thinking about Kate Hudson in How to Lose a Guy in 10 days!

I sooo want to visit Savannah's St. Patrick's Day parade - I've heard it's outstanding! Have fun celebrating. And don't worry about picking out the wrong size. Her mommy will love that down the road, she has a brand new outfit waiting in her closet!

Ha! I was thinking, wow Katie's neice is big for 3! She'll get plenty of use from it later though. SOOO cute!

About the auction items... (You should look into enabling your email so I can reply to your comments!! :) I had mine turned off forever!) Anyhoo, ESTATE SALES!! I rarely have luck (or the time to search) with ebay.

Have a great weekend!

Tessa

Your niece is adorable! Her b-day cake last year was awesome. I hope you have fun celebrating all of those important birthdays. I love the ferns. We're getting signs of warmer weather here in Texas and I welcome it. I'm ready to work in my garden. Have a fantastic weekend!

Those parties sound like they will be a lot of fun! Your little niece is precious...and it looks like she has already racked up in the present department. She will love all that stuff. Hope you have a great weekend! You will have to tell us more about the low country boil party. That really sounds fun!
